DESCRIPTION
Jung was Freud's designated heir until he wasn't, and the break sent him somewhere stranger: archetypes, the collective unconscious, synchronicity, the idea that a symbol in a dream might belong to everyone rather than only to the dreamer. Introvert and extravert are his words. So is complex.
For sixteen years he kept a private illustrated manuscript, the Red Book, which his family withheld from publication until 2009. He also built himself a stone tower at Bollingen, largely by hand, and spent decades retreating into it.
Printed to order in holographic silk PLA, 15 cm tall. The iridescence shifts with light and viewing angle, and no two pieces come out identical — filament variation and the printing process itself see to that. Made in France, dispatched in 2-5 business days.
The image shown is a digital visualization of the artwork; a 360° view of an actual printed sculpture is available on the site. An original artistic interpretation by designer and visual artist Antonio de Santos, not affiliated with or endorsed by the subject or their estate.
