DESCRIPTION
Lovecraft published in pulp magazines for very little money and died in Providence at 46, largely unknown. What he left was a new kind of fear: not a monster in the house but the suspicion that the universe is vast, indifferent, and that discovering how it actually works would destroy you. Cthulhu, the Necronomicon, the geometry that hurts to look at.
He encouraged other writers to borrow his invented world, and they did — which is how a private mythology became shared property.
Printed to order in holographic silk PLA, 15 cm tall. The iridescence shifts with light and viewing angle, and no two pieces come out identical — filament variation and the printing process itself see to that. Made in France, dispatched in 2-5 business days.
The image shown is a digital visualization of the artwork; a 360° view of an actual printed sculpture is available on the site. An original artistic interpretation by designer and visual artist Antonio de Santos, not affiliated with or endorsed by the subject or their estate.
